Connect your provider to Bia

Connecting your provider lets them monitor your progress, build a custom program, and potentially cover the cost of your subscription.

Decide who pays

Your provider can cover your subscription through this connection, or you can subscribe yourself.

Share a link with your provider

Send them a signup link. The Bia provider portal is free for clinicians to use.

Enter their invite code to connect

Once they join, they send you a code. Your accounts link up and they can start supporting your program.

Who will cover your subscription?

Someone needs to pay for your Bia access. Pick the option that fits your situation.

Share this link with your provider

Send them this link to sign up for the Bia provider portal. The provider portal is free for clinicians to use.

Once they sign up, they'll connect to your account and send you an invite code. If they are covering your subscription, they'll include access through that code.

Enter your invite code

Your provider should have sent you a code after joining Bia.

By connecting, you allow your provider to:

View your exercises, progress, and mood data
Build and adjust your exposure program
Monitor your session history and SUDS ratings

They will not have access to your payment details or full contact information. You can disconnect at any time from your account settings.

If your provider is covering the cost of your subscription, their invite code may include access automatically. Otherwise, you can subscribe separately after connecting.
