I built Bia after living with phobia for 27 years. I read every piece of feedback and work every day to make it better. Please feel free to share your thoughts, feedback, and suggestions anytime. Thank you for using Bia. I am wishing you the best on your recovery journey.
Willy, Founder and Fellow in Recovery
Thank you, your feedback was submitted. We read every message as soon as possible and use your feedback to make regular additions and improvements to Bia.
Bia is your space to practice guided exposures and to find a licensed therapist. Bia is not a therapy provider: the therapy itself happens with an independent, licensed provider who leads your care, while Bia supports your practice alongside it. We verify each listed therapist's license, and you choose the provider who's right for you.
Specialized, evidence-based treatment for anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, ADHD, autism, eating disorders, and reproductive mental health

We understand. In therapy, you are in control. A therapist is there to guide and support you at every step. Your first conversation with your therapist is a chance to ask them about therapy and their approach to ensure it feels like a good fit.
Exposure means gently approaching the situations or thoughts that trigger anxiety, rather than avoiding them. Avoidance gives anxiety its power. By facing fears in a safe, controlled way, your brain learns those situations are not actually dangerous. There are never tricks, traps, or surprises, and you don't have to do things that are actually dangerous
No problem. You can ask Gramercy Psychology all of your questions during your first call. They will be happy to explain their process and what therapy involves.

Using Bia alongside therapy
Bia is an evidence-based tool that works with or without a therapist. When used with a therapist, Bia provides guided exposure exercises to help you practice what you are learning in therapy at home.
You can purchase Bia
Download Bia and subscribe independently. You stay in control and can share your progress with any therapist. Bia is HSA/FSA eligible.
Your Provider can purchase Bia
Many therapists on Bia purchase access for their clients as part of their practice. You can ask Gramercy Psychology whether they offer this.
