Bia is your space to practice guided exposures and to find a licensed therapist. Bia is not a therapy provider: the therapy itself happens with an independent, licensed provider who leads your care, while Bia supports your practice alongside it. We verify each listed therapist's license, and you choose the provider who's right for you.

We understand. In therapy, you are in control. A therapist is there to guide and support you at every step. Your first conversation with your therapist is a chance to ask them about therapy and their approach to ensure it feels like a good fit.
Exposure means gently approaching the situations or thoughts that trigger anxiety, rather than avoiding them. Avoidance gives anxiety its power. By facing fears in a safe, controlled way, your brain learns those situations are not actually dangerous. There are never tricks, traps, or surprises, and you don't have to do things that are actually dangerous
No problem. You can ask Sandra Fountain all of your questions during your first call. They will be happy to explain their process and what therapy involves.

Sandra Fountain works fully online, so you can connect from wherever you are.
Sandra Fountain is self-pay only. If you have insurance, you may check to see if they offer out-of-network reimbursement using what is typically called a Super Bill.
Yes. Sandra Fountain offers a free 15-minute consultation so you can ask questions and get a feel for whether it's a good fit before committing to anything.
Sandra Fountain uses CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused. These are evidence-based approaches shown to be effective for anxiety, phobias, and OCD.

Bia is an evidence-based tool that works with or without a therapist. When used with a therapist, Bia provides guided exposure exercises to help you practice what you are learning in therapy at home.
